Doppler Phases

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Doppler is a finish mostly seen on knives and gloves that generates a marbled color effect over the blade or leather. Which colors show up is entirely determined by pattern index, and the community groups the results into named "phases": Phase 1, 2, 3, and 4 (each a different blue/purple/pink marble mix), plus three rarer single-color variants — Ruby (solid red), Sapphire (solid blue), and Black Pearl (matte black) — and, on gloves, an additional Emerald variant.

Because the phase is fixed at drop and can't be changed afterward, each phase trades as its own distinct sub-market. Ruby, Sapphire, and Black Pearl are meaningfully rarer than the four numbered phases and consistently carry the largest premiums.
