These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website skinscanner.gg and the SkinScanner platform (the "Service"), operated by MaestroAI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16555541 ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MaestroAI Ltd. We recommend that you save or print a copy for your records.

SkinScanner is a price comparison and deal-finding platform for Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") in-game cosmetic items ("skins"). The Service aggregates and displays pricing data from third-party CS2 marketplaces and provides tools to help users identify favourable pricing opportunities.

The Service includes links to third-party marketplaces. When you click on such links, you will leave the Service and be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the relevant third-party marketplace. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party marketplace and accept no responsibility for such transactions.

We may from time to time update, expand, or withdraw features of the Service without notice, provided that such changes do not materially and adversely affect your rights under these Terms.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@skinscanner.gg if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorisation, or use another person's account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms.

All content, software, data, and materials forming part of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by or licensed to MaestroAI Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by MaestroAI Ltd.

CS2, Counter-Strike, and related marks are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation. MaestroAI Ltd is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

The Service contains links to third-party CS2 marketplaces. We may receive a commission or referral fee when you click on such links or complete a transaction on a third-party marketplace after following a link from the Service. These affiliate relationships do not affect the price you pay on any marketplace.

We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party website or marketplace. We make no warranties as to the accuracy of pricing data or other information obtained from third-party sources.

Your use of any third-party marketplace is entirely at your own risk and subject to that marketplace's own terms and conditions.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MaestroAI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed £100.

The limitations in this clause 8 apply whether the liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of these Terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify registered users of significant changes by email.

Your continued use of the Service following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@skinscanner.gg.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your use of the Service poses a security risk, or as required by law.

On termination of your account, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, provided that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
